1. Products and Services

1.2. All products and services will be delivered as per the specifications and requirements agreed upon with the client.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice if it becomes necessary to do so.

2. Pricing and Payments

2.1. Pricing for all products and services will be outlined in the official quote or agreement provided by the Company.

2.2. Payment terms will be specified in the agreement. A deposit may be required before initiating any work. Full payment must be made upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed.

2.3. All prices are subject to applicable taxes, fees, or additional costs as required by law.

3. Installation and Maintenance

3.1. The Company will ensure professional and timely delivery of water detection survey result and completion of the deep well drilling scope of work according to agreed timelines and industry standards.

3.2. You are responsible for providing necessary access to the project site and ensuring it is safe and free of obstructions.

3.3. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, unforeseen site issues, or regulatory approvals.

4. Warranty and Support

4.1. The accuracy of our water detection survey results may be influenced by limitations inherent to the equipment used. We can guarantee to provide reliable data information. Clients are advised to interpret the survey results in consultation with our engineers. All products sold by our company are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Specific warranty terms will vary depending on the manufacturer’s policies.

4.2. The Company provides a one-year workmanship warranty on installations to cover defects in installation services.

4.3. Maintenance or repair services outside the warranty period or scope may incur additional charges.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. You are responsible for ensuring that the use of the deep well complies with local/national laws and regulations.

5.2. Proper maintenance and operation of the deep well as per the manufacturer’s guidelines is your responsibility unless a maintenance agreement is in place with the Company.

5.3. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized alterations, or neglect of the installed deep well.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.

6.2. The Company’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific product or service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All designs, plans, and documentation provided by the Company remain its intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7.2. The client agrees not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any material provided by the Company without prior written consent.

8. Termination and Cancellation

8.1. Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations under these terms.

8.2. In the event of cancellation by the client, any non-refundable deposits or costs already incurred by the Company will be deducted from refunds.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties.

9.2. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to arbitration or mediation as per the laws of Republic of the Philippines.

9.3 All disputes that may require legal action shall be resolved and conducted in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines 9000.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of the Philippines.

11. Amendments

11.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and posted on our website.
